Hi there, let me kindly introduce my recent showcase for real estate segment:

I’ve added first person movement in real time 3D, panorama around, balcony view, floorplan model, dimensions of the room, and color change for different interior styles.

Please let me know if you have any comments or potential improvements for this type of scenes.

Hi Jeremy, it’s a baked room designed in 3D Max / Blender. I have a web editor with TweakPane for this real time scene to set proper materials on the final stage.

The turn left, right navigation feels backwards to me.

This is amazing! I agree with the navigation comment. It feels intuitive when zoomed out and orbiting, but backwards once inside the apartment.
