How to fix this render issue below, the glass behind the transparent part of the texture is not rendered, the material of glass is THREE.MeshStandardMaterial, the material of red snake texture is THREE.MeshBasicMaterial

In the right foreground, there are two jars being placed on the floor in front of a textured (red dragon) milky glass pane, which seem rendered correctly.
The area marked red in your screenshot shows a similar setup, with jars in front of a textured milky glass pane. Yet the red snake/dragon, which is supposed to be on the glass pane, covers(!) the jars.
This looks like an issue with the rendering order to me. See this for more information.
