Orbit Controls pan on two finger instead of three

In this link I see that there may be a way to utilize 2 fingers panning.

Looked also here but it didn’t work for me.

As far as i can see, @WestLangley already works on this feature. I guess the following PR is some kind of prerequisite and needs to be merged first.
