I have a 4-week project to build a web-based 3D model of tech stuff. It would need to be something where people could rotate a tech device, have hotspots etc. to find out how things work. We could do all the 3D here and design. So it’s someone who could handle all development. Probably just chrome to start with, probably more browsers later.

I am a threejs developer and I have done something very similar using three.js
It shows industry 3D model (.gltf) which is user interactive.
The user can transition to parts for every step by selecting step number.
