It’s not a 3D project but simple html5 page with some interactive elements.
Anyone who can make it for me?
There are some hotspots when clicked a popup with text and youtube shows. And with close btn you close panel. There will be around 10 popups.
The single page must be responsive.

I don’t fully understand what you would like but it seems like you want a single page with some ‘clickable’ elements that brings up some other elements. Seems pretty easy.
