How can Reflective Shadow Maps be used for Global Illumination?

I noticed that the new version of BABYLON has introduced this feature, which seems to significantly enhance the visual effects.

After testing it, I found that it performs very well and is quite smooth.

Is there a way to find the same functionality in THREE.js as well?

AFAIK this is the most advanced version of SSGI ( screen space global illumination) available for THREE.
