I’m terrible at coming up with ideas, especially when it comes to horror. What would be cool to do from where I am now?
Maybe a mystery you figure out about by switching channels… each channel is a looping video clip (videotexture) of one part of the puzzle… final reveal the lights come up and you are in a prison cell. Sounds like a lot of work though.
Maybe just a jump scare as you click through the channels? Kinda like a jack in the box…

If the game is supposed to be played full-screen, a BSOD (or a more modern version) is terrifying enough – I mean to be shown full screen, not just on the TV screen.

I liked the ideas, I implemented the TV functionality, I will also include the video game as part of the puzzle, for interaction
