It started as one cozy studio and grew into a whole house you can wander through. The collages hang in frames you can drag and re-hang, binders on the desk hold the collections, the TV plays old cartoons and playable games (Pong, Snake and a little arcade game), there’s a game room with a pool table, and the lighting follows your real clock, so it’s a different room at noon and at midnight. Clicking a print opens a 3D preview of it.
Stack: Next.js + React Three Fiber + drei, GSAP for the camera moves, and a custom CRT post-processing pass over everything. Every model is meshopt-compressed, rooms you aren’t in are culled to keep draw calls down, and there’s a calm reduced-motion version for people who prefer it.
It runs on phones too. I’d love any feedback, especially on performance on older Android devices.
