Looking at the Box3 documentation I ran into two descriptions of the .setFromCenterAndSize() method. I looked at the source code, and only saw one implementation of that method. Is that an error in the docs, or does it somehow take in two different sets of arguments and behaves differently depending on it?

No, the documentation is just wrong. The second description is correct, the first one can be deleted. Do you want to make this change at github?
