ah no, my script was doing it at run time.
it’s because it’s old. although they had an out-of-nowhere release recently. basically scans the source files for comments and generates html files from those.

i have used them in projects but don’t find anything right now. the apis are straight forward though and don’t need anything extra.
not every PR makes it in, and some that make it in are reverted later
