So maybe this means that Safari will finally get better support for WebGL 2 next year.

Somebody says that it’s not official site. Who is right?

Webkit.org is the official website of webkit, so this link is definitely from the oficial domain. I initially found this on hackernews: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=21489686, where the discussion was intense.
