# Videotexture not working on Xiaomi and Huawei devices

Hello all,  
I’ve come across an issue where videotextures do not run on Xiaomi and Huawei devices. At first I thought it was my code, but even the three.js examples will not run. Has anyone else come across this issue? They are apparently the most popular devices in the Chinese market.

I was able to test it on a Huawei P10 lite from 2017. Runs flawlessly. The official example [three.js examples](https://threejs.org/examples/?q=vi#webgl_materials_video) and also from the [Collection of examples from discourse.threejs.org](https://discourse.threejs.org/t/collection-of-examples-from-discourse-threejs-org/4315)

You have to provide more context when reporting such issue:

- What devices (meaning the exact model) were affected?
- What browsers have you tested with? Also note the exact version.
- What is the version of the OS?
