I saw a solution for the path [here](https://discourse.threejs.org/t/tubegeometry-problems-with-path-parameter/3634/5).

I made the end caps with half spheres.

If anyone is interested in the code, it is [in this PR](https://github.com/Mathics3/mathics-threejs-backend/pull/40) and ~~is going to be merged soon~~ was merged.
