**Hi ThreeJS Community! 👋**

For the last two years we’ve been building something pretty wild, and we’re excited to finally share it: **Ragnar** , an app that lets anyone create **3D CAD models from a simple text prompt**.

We visualize everything in real-time using **Three.js** , so you can go from:

**thought → prompt → 3D model**  
…and then keep iterating until it’s ready for **3D printing or manufacturing**.

**What Ragnar does**

- Generate 3D CAD-style geometry from a prompt

- Iterate fast: tweak the prompt and refine the model

- Export for production: **STL** and **STEP**

- Real-time interactive viewer powered by **Three.js**

**Why we’re posting here**  
We’d love feedback from people who know 3D on the web best. If you have thoughts on:

- viewer UX (controls, inspection tools, section cuts, measurement, etc.)

- performance patterns / best practices in Three.js

- CAD-ish visualization (edges, shading, material choices, grid, snapping)

- exporting workflows or “gotchas” in production pipelines

…we’re all ears.

what would also be awesome is the ability to upload a mesh model and it makes a step out of it.. yes i know it should be a fully closed model but even still this would be HUGE for the scan to Reverse engineer work flow..
