Stop Gallery—an interactive WebGL space where artists' stickers live on a 3D object

Stop Gallery

Stop Gallery was created as part of the Stop&Glow project — a festival case study for an art object: a light therapy lamp designed for remote workers and office creative teams to help maintain a work-life balance. An important part of the concept is customizing the lamp with magnetic stickers made in collaboration with different artists. The gallery is a WebGL space built with Three.js, where the lamp itself becomes a canvas — magnetic stickers from solo creators and studios are placed directly onto the 3D object. Visitors navigate through the interactive space, explore the stickers placed on the object, and can submit their own work to be added. The project rethinks the format of a digital gallery, turning a functional object into an exhibition space.

The gallery is empty for now, but I hope it will host its first submissions soon. I’d love any feedback, especially on optimization.

Unfortunately, the object isn’t visible in Firefox.

Fixed it. There is a trouble with optimizing the loading of the model as a whole, but I have not yet found a solution to fix this.
