If your goal is specifically “the official mrdoob editor, but in a repo that I can fork independently and keep updating”, I don’t see a well-maintained official/community fork that currently solves that cleanly. The official editor still imports
three,three/addons, etc. from the parent repository’sbuildandexamplesdirectories, which is why simply copyingeditor/isn’t sufficient.
