Spider-Man A Cinematic Interactive Web Experience built with Three.js

I’ve been experimenting with cinematic storytelling and character animation in Three.js and built this interactive Spider-Man experience.

Live Experience: spiderman-threejs

Built with:
Three.js
React Three Fiber
Drei
GLSL
GSAP
TypeScript

Technical highlights:
• Real-time animated 3D character
• Scroll-driven cinematic camera system
• Interactive web swinging
• Dynamic New York environment
• Custom Spider-Sense shader
• PBR character materials
• Dynamic rain/fog/lighting
• Adaptive rendering for mobile
• Character animation blending

I’d love feedback from the Three.js community and would be grateful for consideration for the Three.js homepage showcase.

Looks interesting, but I think you got a few things to work out with the pose and deformation

The idea I think it good, has the right mood. Maybe sketch out a pose that you want, or even take a picture of yourself in the pose you want and work from there. References for rigging are incredibly helpful, especially before you have years of intuition to rely upon
