Hi everyone,

I wanted to share my latest project: a Luxury Interactive 3D Property Showcase built completely for the web.

My main goal was to bridge premium Blender visuals with flawless browser performance, achieving a stable 60FPS execution even on mobile viewports.

:hammer_and_wrench: Tech Stack & Pipeline:

  • 3D Art & Modeling: Crafted and textured inside Blender.
  • Core Engine: Three.js & WebGL for responsive rendering.
  • Animations: GSAP for smooth, scroll-driven camera paths and interactive UI hotspots.
  • Optimization: Heavy reliance on Draco Mesh Compression to drastically minimize GLB file sizes for instant loading.

Iā€™m currently open to new freelance contracts, remote roles, or collaborative projects involving high-performance immersive web experiences.
