[PAID] [REMOTE] Need help with volumetric clouds

The task is to reproduce clouds from this video:

I assume that it is using Mappa.JS with Three.js volume ShaderMaterial. But I am not good at shaders writing. The input data should be represented as Float32Array. The camera should be perspective. I should be able to move, scale and rotate the obtained clouds.

I have found some similar examples in the web, but there are multiple problems with camera, moving, scaling and rotating…
