I am recruiting for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join a fast-growing startup that’s revolutionising eCommerce through AI.

You will need to be US-based, and depending on your location, this would be a remote role.

The Project: You’ll build the UI for a cutting-edge AI avatar-based e-commerce platform where customers can converse with intelligent avatars to discover and purchase products. They’ve already partnered with major payment networks (Mastercard, Visa) and are now scaling to a general user base.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • 80% building beautiful, responsive UIs with React and 3JS (3D rendering)

  • 20% maintaining and optimising AWS infrastructure

  • Working on feature integration between frontend and backend

  • Using AI tools (Claude, OpenAI Codex) to accelerate development

What they are looking for:

  • Strong expertise in React, 3JS, AWS, and WebSockets

  • Experience with REST APIs, Tailwind CSS, and state management

  • Backend familiarity is a plus

  • Someone who thrives in a lean, startup environment

This role looks really interesting—especially the AI + avatar-based commerce angle.

I’m a Senior Frontend Engineer with 10+ years working mainly with React/Next.js and TypeScript. I’ve built real-time features with WebSockets, worked with APIs, and focus a lot on clean, responsive UI (usually with Tailwind). I’ve also touched on 3D/web graphics and would love to go deeper with Three.js.

I’m comfortable with AWS on the infrastructure side and used to working in fast-moving startup environments. I also regularly use AI tools like OpenAI/Claude in my workflow.

Would love to learn more and see if it’s a fit.
