Hi! I want to turn the first scene in the video linked below into a website homepage. I want to be able to click on the post-it note or the file cabinet so that you can see my portfolio. Or click on the video player to watch my reel.

Is there anyone on here that can make this happen?

This video is currently being created, but I am referring to the first scene in this video [NewEnv - YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6jng_JmvfNQ&ab_channel=CellarDoor)
