Hi, trying to re-design [3d-cell-viewer](https://www.allencell.org/3d-cell-viewer.html) as hobby project.

Looking for inspiration in overall design/layout and tools design/placement,  
if you know well designed 3d webapps.  
Going through threejs showcases atm.
