I built a construction quantity takeoff application that turns a 2D drawing into a 3D model and automatically generates a BOQ from the 3D elements.

**What the application does:**

• To Upload Autocad in the Application Convert it to DXF File
• Draw construction elements in 2D
• Automatically generate the corresponding 3D model
• Create construction quantities based on the 3D model
• Generate a BOQ for quantity takeoff

The idea is to connect the workflow:

**2D Drawing → 3D Model → Quantity Takeoff → BOQ**

This is an early version of the application, and I’m continuing to develop features for construction estimating, BIM and quantity surveying.
