How to convert each mesh's local angle?

I hope to make animation with custom icon and I was maked It move
but each cube’s angle is not change so I tried with Object3d’s some Method(translate, rotation, etc)
It works but changing is dependent from parent
I want change each cube’s angle (independent to parent)

Nothing, This is for practice so I didn’t care about the structure.

Nesting / parenting in majority of cases makes doing transformations (among other things) significantly harder. I’d avoid it unless it’s really justified.

If you’d like to place one object relative to another - you can copy the matrix from the other object and apply the transformation on top of it.
