Hi all! Sharing my second Three.js browser game (the first was Knight’s Waltz): Five-Star Dungeon (我是地城核心).
You play the dungeon itself. You can’t command monsters or adventurers — you can only dig corridors, paint zones that undead move into on their own, and drop treasure chests as bait. Every adventurer has their own greed, curiosity, courage and patience, and decides where to go by themselves. Click one to see what they’re thinking and how they scored each option.
Kill everyone and nobody ever hears of you; let a few escape and they bring friends. Your reputation decides who shows up tomorrow: a deadly dungeon attracts warriors, rumors of treasure attract rogues, a haunted one draws priests — and each class counters one of your three undead clans.
Play (free, no install, desktop recommended; the UI is Traditional Chinese for now): 我是地城核心 Five-Star Dungeon|試玩版

Tech notes
- Three.js 0.185, orthographic camera at an isometric angle, plain JS + Vite, no game engine
- The simulation runs on a fixed 200 ms tick and never touches rendering; the same sim also drives a 2D canvas renderer used by the tests
- Rock blocks between the camera and any unit, prop or the core fade out automatically, so you can see into one-tile corridors
- Adventurer intent labels are HTML overlays projected from 3D positions
- Balancing is done with a headless strategy simulator in Node: 8 build strategies × many seeds, ~40 full games per second
- Models: KayKit (CC0) · SFX: Kenney (CC0) · Music: OpenGameArt (CC0)
It’s an early playtest. What I’d love feedback on most: can you tell why the adventurers do what they do?
