Fbx with mixamo biped animation deforming into a mantis when exported to glb

when i upload an fbx to mixamo to rig it and apply a biped animation, and i export it , and then i convert it to glb 9 times out of 10 the figure is completely deformed like some kind of insect with long legs and long neck …even when i put rotation to 0 and scale to 1 it still happens .what is causing this ?
