AUDIOLAB is a personal passion project by PixelBender a.k.a. ( Fernando Gudino ) designed as an interactive, real-time 3D audio visualizer built with React Three Fiber to evoke a sense of meditation, wonder, and deep immersion. The experience unfolds in a giant, surreal room where vintage 8-track cassettes are found randomly scattered across the landscape. Through a tactical HUD, users have complete command over the environment—allowing them to seamlessly mute the audio, select ambient tracks, and navigate the space with smooth camera movements like forward, backward, and rotational panning. Selecting a track triggers a sequence leveraging GSAP for precise animation sequencing, fluidly sweeping the camera and loading the chosen cassette directly into a retro space-age radio deck. This activates a custom audio-analysis hook that feeds live frequency data into the render loop, breathing life into a giant, hypnotic black orb hovering in the background. The orb and its surrounding custom particle systems react with subtle, elegant movements, gently pulsing and swaying in perfect harmony with the music to guide the user into a tranquil, cosmic state of focus.
The Idea: A nostalgic, space-age sanctuary for the modern mind. Interact with retro 8-track cassettes and a vintage radio to unlock a meditative space of pure wonder. Grounding the entire experience is the immersive, live-performed electronic music of Joachim Spieth, the renowned composer and founder of Affin.

3D UI Interactivity: Researched and executed advanced Blender production pipelines to turn static 3D radio knobs (volume, balance, tone) into fully functional, interactive UI components.
